Wings of Light

Beams of light shining through
Even when times are blue
Let your light shine right through
And keep shining shining keep on shining shining

Moments of darkness become illuminated
as I apply accumulated knowledge to the path I walk
the shining red rum pumping breath instead of murder
come meet your mother earth to earn her
love let her nurture it’s her nature
but hurt her she’ll hate your ways
parts of her face may fade away
washed in the bay by waves
that came after hurricane rains,
oil spills and melted glaciers
what helps is patience,
releasing your hands from all you held sacred
No moment goes unused including
those that exist in the midst of silence and stillness
I must empty my cup before I fill it to prevent a violent spillage
grateful for the village I grew from a new son
has been born this morn
Let’s not get lost in mourning the lost as
their thoughts live on
Fueling the flow long after fossils gone
Shining stars beyond

Beams of light shining through
We’ve got time and lives to lose
So Shine bright shine right through
I see them shining and shining
Shining
Shining

Wisdom guides as We slide through the dirt
while courage provides the wings with which To fly from this earth
inner worth is infinite inversely we can rent it
but never own and only defined by ozone
as it depletes bleeding the souls solar tone
go it alone but never stung by the poison of loneliness
shine the glowing bliss of one and onlyness
another us just doesnt and won’t exist
though every other on the globe,
In this solar system and beyond shares ownership
so don’t trip and won’t slip firmly hold a grip on self
wealth is health, love and awareness
Of the human suit we moving through this planets
atmosphere, Year after year until we’re out of here
Party’s over we’re out of beer
Started beef with Mahmoud and Vladimir
No time to grab a souvenir
Nuclear ka-boom clear
Cover your shoulders knees toes Mouth nose and ear
go forward with no foolish fear
I was confused for years here i wondered
How’d the prodigal son become the Late bloomer ?
To make moves i had to cut out cancerous thoughts
Brain tumors
How much do feathers weigh?
carried on your back every day
never letting the wind caress their underside
Open them up into the sky just to glide
And trust your shine
