Trump obstructs justice with a passion and uncompromising sense of entitlement. He is a guy with a vision, embracing a reckless disregard for truth and justice. Mueller’s investigation skills were at best dull and useless in comparison to the Trump show.

Recall that opening episode of the Trump and Mueller show, with that heartwarming storyline about Trump Jr.’s efforts to adopt Russian children. It was rumored this storyline had been birthed via some offbeat R&R (Russian and Republican) collaboration. I think it more likely inspired by the “Rocky and Bullwinkle” cartoon.

Then there was a commercial free segment entitled, “All You Want to Know about Hillary Clinton,” which was no more fruitful than the opening of Al Capone’s Vault! Or Trump’s Taxes! Perhaps Mr. Mueller used the wrong approach and asked the wrong questions.

Maybe a more “down home” approach to all this inquiry and procedure stuff would have been effective. Personally, I would have been content to have a member of the Press boldly ask Trump, “Excuse me Sir, but how is that Russian grandkids thing (aka Project Boris and Natasha) working out for you and the rest of the family?”

Then, wait for the answer…
