How is it that
too often we are
our own worst enemies?

Why do we follow
some life plan based
on our worst habits?

Worrying about stuff,
taking shallow breaths
“to save time.”

Living in a panic zone
where we expect
the worse to happen.

Driving ourselves mad,
pursuing a pattern
of repeated chaos.

We still feel helpless,
unwilling to make
changes because

we fear change and see
“no change” as our
only option.

How much self imposed
negativity to endure?
Why does it take

so long to wake up
and embrace a new
vision for our lives?
