I can’t take fixing another’s mistake
It’s always all over my face
When it happens
The break
So like, emotional intelligence is a thing
Self-control
Not everyone presses their pause button
Or can hold
Their tongue.
Tantrums like before they were young
Because come on
Slow it down
Reacting out of selfishness creates a frown
Except, mine twists up and I laugh in your face
Cuz you done fucked up
I don’t bottle my rage
I let my blood boil
Check the scenario
Laughing at your disrespect is better than twisting your neck
How you gonna learn otherwise?
I rather watch you shrink when your ship sinks because I don’t blink to your whim
Now I’m talking to the outlandish who brandish years of damage because others flinched
At their volume
Their status
Their whatever throne
I did not construct
Laughing at your misguided anger is the way I don’t give a fuck
I’m not stuck on reactive
I’m a graduate
I pause, stare
It’s like a dare
After you’re done misdirecting
Go warm your chair
Go braid your hair
Go clean your air
Cuz guess what
I just don’t care
I just don’t care
Let me laugh that one more time
I just don’t care
Your battle is not here and I won’t let you find one
Your puff whimpers
Pot simmers
I don’t budge
Don’t judge
You can still walk with your tail right above your ass
Knowing damn well you’re walking away from pure class
Pure class
Let me smile that one more
Pure class.
You one day too may just pass then we can both have a laugh.
