Stranger Love

The German army coat stinks of familiarity
Ways to get you fit gloss over daybreak
Kissing my arm over a drinks promotion
International films grow over familiarity.

The caustic buildings rise over function
The masonry that falls, you become.
Satellite dishes dot the urban peaks,
Like a fraud, I close the windows gracefully.

Some log book reverberates from schooldays.
Various formule still rocks my boat.
Inalianable truths catching papers,
Education washing over the unquiet mind.

Nobody is interested in your falthering platitudes
Eating out of turn a grave mistake.
The best diet for your brain cells, of the new
Soliciting favour over a muted cry.

The planet will survive after we are gone,
Growing over our efforts at immortatlity.
Lush green rashes over our homes,
An eugenic backlash at our birthing methods.

Life long learning casts a cold eye
On happy beginnings and carefree smiles.
Enough to capture ourselves on the hop
Stinging up to stop hubris in its tracks.
