Put down the fountain pen.
Breathe in the medicine, man.

The pen will be here
when you are ready

to wield like a sword,
to cut each word,

to speak anything
into existence.

Peace with ink
is the greatest gift.

To write it down,
to put your ugly words

in cursive, then spill
them out in beauty.

There is nothing better
than to be a better you.

If there is only silence,
create the sound

of tapping keys
