Sometimes
the most
difficult person
for you
to keep up with
is you!
Too many meetings,
Too many calls,
Too many chores.
To-do
list
overload!
Is there a to-do list
long enough to actually
list everything?
We live in world
where everything
is a high priority
with
the exception
of social justice!
Catch up
seems like
an impossible task.
Tracking calls,
rereading yesterday’s scribbles
that made sense then.
It’s enough
to make you
want to scream!
But,
quiet as its kept,
there’s no time to scream.
You become
the hurricane,
disrupt your tranquility.
Finding moments
to breathe
becomes a major task.
Catching up
requires backup team,
a detailed action plan.
And who can afford
a backup team
to do the catch up? You?
What’s a person to do?
Easier to run around
in tantrum mode
than to
stand still
and take time outs.
I wonder
how God
manages time,
even with
an army
of angels.
