My friend and I
talk about cleaning,
decluttering.
We have the time,
just lack the ambition,
but we are never bored
nor are we boring.

Because we got stuff,
a small nation full of stuff.
Stuff like real things,
as opposed to issues.

Our stuff is three dimensional,
can physically fill a room,
as opposed to the stuff
that can break a spirit.

We provide balance, comedic breaks,
the most interesting stories
for those held captive
in humdrum routines.

We laugh at others
as much as they laugh at us,
convinced we laugh more
than most people.
We laugh at ourselves a lot
’cause we got the stuff!
