My rock bottom has a trampoline
Flamepack packing fanny-packing kerosene
Igniting lighting spitting gasoline
At either end full tipping empty never seen

I land with ice coursing freezing up the scene
Thaw out emotions smolder out the weak
Salvage dignity
Refuel
Peace out bad dream

My rock bottom has a faded path
In spirals until at crossroads the path lays flat
No tricks no lies no prize to snatch
My rock bottom holds buried treasures lost along false maps

My rock bottom holds a spring back tap
Rock bottom feels my worry gives out rhythm syncopates the clap
Directions closer to out by the back
Then it’s a blast rock bottom floors are mirrors made of broken glass

I’ve just a scratch
I toss then scab
Renew eject safely activate channels esp tv

My rock bottom keeps things real for me
The last I wept there I gave up the key
Sealed light from bottom bottom of the sea
Where only rusted dust can be barely seen

Cloud stepping breaths above foot tickling green
Returned to earth her oil no need for gasoline
For life I’ll be strolling not flow going nor revisiting

I learned rock bottom there’s nothing else to see

My higher purpose turned the volume up
My sight was deafened my eyelids then woke up
My sight was taken by distracting goals
At the finish I could find no Soul

My higher purpose sent the laddered rope
My higher purpose sent the skills to cope
Higher purposes are not a joke

Can’t reach the sky from deep below
I now fly high no worms for me or seeds to sow
I’m satisfied for eternity

Hell was on earth but I set its inhabitant free

Rock bottom Baby don’t remember me.
