We are excited to announce that voting is now open for the Community Voting Campaign presented by North Easton Savings Bank. We encourage you to vote and spread the word! Voting is available every day and all it takes is one click!
Oddball will be giving away prizes for those who vote consistently each day for the duration of the campaign (extra points if you share it with your friends and social media!) Contact us for more information at team@oddballfoundation.org with the subject “VOTING CONTEST” for contest rules!
We are honored to be apart of this campaign along with other amazing non-profits such as Girls Inc. of Taunton, Plymouth Area Coalition For The Homeless, and KodeConnect Inc. The Campaign continues until February 28th and every vote counts!
I am a foreign, New York-based dancer and I am writing to pitch an article. Would you be interested in the story of a dancer connecting her art to humanitarian causes, performing just such a piece early next month, and fighting for her place to stay in the US amid difficult visa requirements?
I am a former Ailey School scholarship student who went on to perform with Martha Graham’s second company, Graham 2. I am now a member of Alison Cook-Beatty Dance, a company that shares social and political voices, and I partake in interdisciplinary arts projects with the purpose of outreach and education.
If you or any writers that you know may be interested in telling my story, I would be thrilled to share more of my adventure with you.
Best,
Madelaine Burnett
