I hold my head
up.

It dangles
like a wildflower.

Fresh cut and picked
for a bouquet.

In my head
are sayings.

In my head
are drippings.

Ink spills and
sloshes around inside.

My ink reserve
is leveling low.

I look at the time.
It’s almost time to go.
