Write it down: it helps to get it out
side your head where you can look
at it slow and reflect on it and later
consider whatever did it mean after
All, why now! when there’s so much
going on & everyplace we look a shit
show high on the ramparts while oh,
we know we are floating and floating
Higher, and I’m one of my best paper
airplanes that have been picked on up
by this rising spiral of sun warmed air
right up and into the blue sky above
Looking down then on it all trying to
figure who I will meet at the crest if
the arc yet attached to so much below
is heady height only increasing gravity
Of generational development and the
geometric effect of technological leap.
