It isn’t about looking
for just any word
to fill a page.

It is about finding
the words that will
reshape shapes

and become that image
that is buried
in your mind,

sometimes finding
and fitting words
into odd spaces,

letting the words
position themselves
among the commas and periods

one line at a time,
looking for the words,
desperately looking

for the words
to become the images
you sought to create.
