The snow came down,
Attacking with full force,
A worthy opponent,
Obstructing traffic, trains and planes.
all plans off because of the flaky white stuff!
We retaliate
Splatter/scrape/salt/plow with vengeance and fury
With ego and pride
Piling the snow onto the curbs creating mountains
Not being able to see over these walls we built
Our mantra
Pile it high
Pile it deep
Get it off our city streets!
Worn and tattered we continue to shovel
Fresh and wet in continues to fall… endless falling
So tell me who are the real winners and who are the real flakes?!?!
