The Weather and a note to readers 

Snow can transform
familiar shapes
into objects d’art.

Transform bare canvases
and cement sidewalk slabs
into stories that inspire.

Or soften the sharp
overbearing voice
of the cynic within.

And on many occasions
even rekindle
a much needed flame

of hope
and joy to
a weary wary soul.

Snow can create
an opportunity
to speak with God

and an army
of angels
and saints.

Snow might even
inspire one to
shout out to heavens

for what is needed
and give thanks
for what has been given.

Can I get
an Amen
for the Snow.
