Reach out to the sun,
moon and stars.

Let your feet walk,
let them touch the ground.

Look into and beyond self,
into the eyes of another.

Behold who and what
surrounds you.

Speak words of kindness
even if whispered behind a mask.

Seek out joy and strength
no matter what.

Remember hate exists
but that you have choices

about who you are
and what you do everyday.

This is the time
to be you.
