Sheep To Andrew
From ancient docs,
The freedom stems
To march with flocks
Across the Thames:
Since Philip died
A Freeman, you
Are qualified
As Freeman too,
And even woke
Judicial might
Dare not revoke
Your ancient right …
But in the courts
Of law for sheep,
We ovine sorts
Aren’t bound to keep
To human rules
That lords apply
To royal fools:
Don’t even try
To exercise
Your rights of old—
For you, we guys
Don’t leave our fold!
