Eclipse of the Sun 2024
Came quietly and left,
there were no catastrophes;
the once feared omen
was pretty tame.
We were all in awe,
as it passed that day;
the world went on .
Which was already in
strife , with various wars,
the war on climate ,
Ukraine and Israel;
the war on disease and
famine goes on.
Joanne Tolson’s works have appeared in several small literary magazines for the past 28 years. She’s published her own poetry magazines since 2010 called Full Moon Poetry, Weird Worlds Magazine, and Crime Is Afoot. She like to draw and paint .
