The Mighty

Margaret knew the truth,Yes
It’s not over yet
A small committed group
Changes the world’s sway
The only thing that has

Wannabe kings need only
thirty-three percent to cheer
To take what isn’t theirs
Yet We The People need merely
three and one half
To win our freedom back

Preach brothers and sisters
Ring the bells like Boston
Don’t wait for congress’ call
Act on liberty’s passion
Plant the vision longed for and
Hoe the row no matter how long

Freedom is in our veins
And soaked in the ground of the brave
So raise that flag of freedom
And let democracy’s call resound!
