Morning
Half awake, headache
Troubled sleep, unflocked sheep
Grey sky, drizzle nigh
sneeze the day, bod of clay
discoloured shell, all not well
Take a pill, what doesn’t kill
Ennui, have your way
Lemon water, first day without her
Break the fast, just dry toast
Dress then walk, imagine talk
Companionship, how we slip
Lifeless moon, aloof to sun
Active mind, nature alligned
