Something in the way
the frozen mind wakes.
I can see clearly
The distance it takes.
Something in the way
the brain makes waves,
eases headaches,
and steps retrace
back to a happier place.
Something in the way
the road less taken
I took, cant find solace.
Find it in a book,
a poem,
a smile from a picture took.
Long live the we that was,
the we overlooked.
The happiest time I find in the silent
tetrospection,
meditation on everything this
lifelong progression.
A simple suggestion
To take or not.
Can’t look back at the past.
Forget me not, forgot.
I think there is something
beautiful
in gravity
keeping us together, holding us down
through misery, tragedy or
the happiest of memories
