We have work to do.
Putting one foot
in front of the other.

Building others,
not knocking one
another down.

I see purple hues
when I stare
at the sky.

Down too long.
That not-so
permanent high…

Need something
better in my cup.
Got to build back up.

The strongest
soul can’t
be shaken.

Build, rebuild
and build
again.
