Another
cold day.

Wish my mind
would go away.

Wish I was
asleep

and could stay
that way.

Broken minded,
can’t find

a place
to play.

Don’t know what
to do today.

Have to
change,

can’t stay
the same.

A lame brain
maintains

medications to
kill the pain.

Some good
news today.

Maybe
for some

but not on
this train.

My thoughts
are cloudy

with a chance
of rain.

Wish you could
erase my brain.

Missing
things that

mean something
to me.

A trial by fire,
judge, jury

and a pen to
write my pain.
