Even as we see the last battle, oh,
so final Dr. Doom in our apocalypse
culture war of this dispensational
self-fulfilling prophecy of sentence
of death millennial always pregnant
arrival of the end times and messiah
human order dissolved into vortex
tornado of hive hurricane of torque
chain drive off of the fragile supply
train of ever proliferating anxiety &
angst storm of biblical proportions
bigger than Ben Hur more than Moses
seeing the promised land rite there
but never made it to the Holy Land
which , of course, naturally never ever
could have a boundary or a border
the more they get to be militarized
the more besieged they just become
which, of course, is just exactly like
all of us fleeing the Big Picture that
              just is REALITY
much too big for us all
          in fact really impossible
                   to grasp/
                      hold
