Spinning one’s self in circles and thinking out loud, are not the best strategies to employ. Consider thinking outside your box.

Stop the non-stop ranting and reaving in your head.

Remember: having the ability to make everything into a mountain is not always a gift!

Halt overthinking in overdrive mode.

Practice periodic pausing.

Abandon the strategy of over overanalyzing everything that is said and done.

Understand that being in overload mode is neither a norm or gift.

Making mountains of anything and everything are counterproductive strategies.

Remember to remember to stop self from imploding.

Note to self: Prioritizing is part of self care.
