Moods change
up and down,
twisted, tangled.

Everyone caught
in spiritual
whirlwinds.

Too many emotions
looking for a
place to reside.

Too many words
said in anger
without thinking.

Behold, people
wandering, looking
for a place to rest.

A place where
prayer becomes
its own language.
