Poker Face

You’re 6’3
roughly 18 stone
and too drunk to get in
This hurts your feelings
and is about to make the long night I’ve been having
a lot fucking longer
You tell me you’re coming in
I tell you you’re no
You puff your chest out
and I reciprocate
You start using expletives
and I reciprocate
You say you’re gonna batter us
and I reciprocate
You mean it
I don’t
Your mate calms you down
and you walk away
I take a breath
then make my way inside the bar
to the toilets
where I proceed
to clean up the shit
that has made it’s way down
my trouser leg.
