I wake up alarm buzzing.
My back cold,
Sore.
Pillows hard.
Neck craned.
I take some ibuprofen.
The shower turns on.
Water hits my body.
I lie down in the tub.
The alarm goes off.
I wake up.
I’m in the tub.
I stand up.
Wash my hair.
Shave my face.
I dry.
I dress.
I boil tea.
Sit down eat breakfast.
Watch T.V.
Listen to music.
Start writing this poem.

I can do anything this morning.
