It’s All One Thing #635: Snail Antennae Rings the Bellringer

Banner design © TJ Edson

Every chime an angel gets its wings

When the president turns out of control
Madman theory foreign policy into fact
Of a madman presidency and long litany
Of “that will never happen” happens again

We’re so finally at the real End of history
Staring rabid mad at the Last Apocalypse
In slinking animal form of mass extinction
Climate crisis never ever quick and unseen

By modern madman pushing us over edge
One of those Israeli bulldozers plowing up
All those pipes and wires and connections
Ripped out even missing in action species

Of life upon whom whole networks of life
Depend, oh, reach out and touch to retract.
