The Underground Garden: Peek-a-Beau Oasis

Peek-a-Beau

Mirage
Oasis in a world of shattered glass
Untouched feathers
Pure
Not too fast
Do not want to arrive cut
In red
Danger
Is not ahead

Bridges down over empty moats
On foot by boat
Oasis of the most
Towards you I place my scope

Target landed
Undemanded plan of action
You’re just existing
I’m taking it in

From afar
Not wishing on a star
Reality is the sweetest mystery without curiosity

That much the mirage means to me

“Is this really real or am I dreaming?”
Admiration of a mirage
A mirage created by a want
A want knowledgeable of the cost
A cost worth every drop
A plunge worth the bottom’s stop

Open chest unlocked

Spilling jewels in
Adding shine to an already divine streamline of light
Underneath whales’ bellies highlighting their every line

Again mirage you are a sight

I never stop believing
Gave a change to needing
Moved my peace from feigning into being

My one true love

Mirage doubling as a twin star
Cosmic mirror
No name or face just a heartbeat deliverer

Reminding freedom sometimes it needs a friend

To enjoy freedom with

Mirage made my puckered lips realize their only kiss was in the wind headed your way

As it lands I build from sands the image of a future
Architecting from experience a structure rich in nurture

Me first
You first
Us next

Mirage reflecting lives unmet
There is no sweat
The heat is guiding
Flesh off ground gliding
Toward the through and into you
The other side two wider eyes
I see because of You

That time does not forget to validate the wonders of a heart

You I may not be able to touch
But my mind you have touched
So your name I will speak with a love on my tongue

Mirage.
