The Underground Garden: The Other Sides, Boston

Room 1011 :: Boston
You know it needs to happen
Just like the Manhattans
Let’s just kiss and say goodbye
We’ll kinda miss each other right?
It’s only right.

Soul-made honey dripping down thighs

Rabbits making love

Endlessly tirelessly relentlessly
Like tomorrow would never arrive
We always knew
Tomorrow was a lie

We only had those nights
Which is why they would ignite
Energies in depths emerged through our mused sex
Please kiss my neck
So I can cry.

Let’s just kiss and say goodbye.

Let’s not even say it after one last night
The right thing to do

Would be agree we are through
Tell each other it’s love but it’s just no good
Not right now, this time, this life, this way
Let’s not utter Future
Possibly
Or another day
Friends from a distance
And always soulmates
Twin Flames perhaps
Too hot to learn that

Let’s put out the spark and walk away
There’s no need to stay and watch ashes form
No need to fear hot spots or brush fires
United we can put out the bliss
With one last kiss.

How selfish are we
To hold onto this madness

I understand the magic but baby it’s madness

The reason asylums are vacation spots
To travel freely in spirit, flesh and mind to

Those afterthoughts

Allowed to have each other in positions we forgot
Given permission to finally touch that spot
Pardon my passion it doesn’t know how to stop

Let’s just say goodbye and empty the pot
We stir as master chefs our cauldron of potions
We taste each other’s recipes then fall under the spell
Secretly desiring another sip becomes our obvious hell
Feeling ever so deeply our time is a tale of which we can’t tell
Reactions from loved ones would be you more than just fell

You sunk
You’re drunk
The myth they’d debunk

The story of our reality is a rose whose scent reeks of skunk

How can the Rose of care, passion and soul
Be complicated by the waters it needs just to grow
Rivers whose shores we sit on for hours in dreams
Are poisoned by decisions which create these realities
Ones where we meet under moonlight only
In which by daylight we depart secretly

I’d love more for me

Scared to want it from you

In landing my first touch, I instantly knew
We’d eventually Kiss and Say Goodbye.

Will you change my mind?
