Poem by Ross McWaters

Fighting

I hate texting

I only argue,
I never understand people’s
intent.
I only see the bad of people,
in their typing.

People hide behind
six inch screens.

I hate the screen and the hider.
I hate myself.

I hid behind my screen,
only to send spiteful
poems to you.

Don’t hate me,
I beg.
