Vacuum

All why’s and how’s,
The dangling grammer
held back just by a period.

Blues have reasons
Colour endorsed by vacuum
A flower nurtured
By an element missing.

Red roses
With colorless petals
Only thorns I hold.

Every prick is a de ja vu.
Making a palate of a darker blue.

All That Goes Down With The Sun

As day falls back
Ballerinas sweep past
Swaying their way
Sweeping a heart home.

I turn about the old tree
Brown concealing the age.
Untaxed for all business it carries
White of petals crystallize
Hovering over held hands
Babbies learning to cross road.

I smile in exchange for hundred more
Escaping into the realm
Held between open sky
Distant mountains and aged trees.
I walk the dawn, loose hands…
